Bishop’s University requires Personal identification documents in order to verify your status in Canada and to also ensure that you are charged the correct tuition if you are admitted to the University.

Please note that CEGEP applicants who submit their permanent code are NOT required to provide additional personal identification documents.

Use the chart below to determine what document(s) you must submit:

Canadian citizen born outside of CanadaCopy of both sides of your Canadian citizenship card or certificate
Canadian permanent residentCopy of both sides of your permanent resident card
AND a copy of your Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) if you immigrated directly into Quebec
International studentCopy of your valid passport
